Its good to have such a convenient supermarket. The layout is quite spacious compared to some. Generally the staff are helpful. Maybe just a reminder to staff, that “cough, sneeze or yawn please cover your mouth/nose”. Just having a wide open yawn in my face, was a reminder of the importance of regular updates on staff training/development. Update 16/10/23 Product range and accessibility is good. Prices are reasonable. I find the “Deli” staff to be pleasant, professional and prompt. Regardless of the many other tributes on here, I find the service in the “fast” lane a real mixed bag. I have found some casual staff to be very good. They smile, have a greeting and attend to the customer. On my visit today, I again encountered an older staff member, who seems to serve as a supervisor as well. As much as the casuals know how to serve, some regular staff, like this person, consistently display none of the casual staff skills. Hey we are talking basic manners here, not being servile! Make eye contact. Greet the customer. Maybe smile occasionally. Overall it’s a decent place to shop!

Why don't you stock anything organic!?!? Seems you have a whole lot of the same stuff and no options for people who want to purchase organic products that aren't so old they're rotting on the shelves! Also they need to get shallow trolleys before someone sues you for hurting their backs trying to retrieve their items from the depths of those huge trolleys!!

Normally a great shop to go to but this Sunday was a big disappointment shelves not full and checkout staff did not even acknowledge us only when asking for total dollars and filled our bags to the top I could only just lift them, not good for an 81 year old person and I had 5 bags they only filled 3. When I said it was a bit heavy I was totally ignored...obviously talking to your co-workers about next weekends roster was more important than customer service. Very disappointing as I love shopping at this store.

I love Drake's. They help so many charities and have a huge range which is different to other supermarkets so a nice change. It's not Drake's doing but could someone please attend to the trees in the general carpark that have the spikes left in them which is unnecessary and lazy by the groundskeeperes. 14/8/23 9:00 a.m. So it's been 2 years since I've been to the strikes. It's still one of the best supermarkets in the country. Thanks to the young lady in the butcher shop, she was an absolute delight and also the lady that was kind enough to go out and get me some fresh doughnuts. Or travel full time. And I'm in a different supermarket every week but drake's at Wallaroo. That's my favourite one.
